Senior Advancement Coordinator- UT Foundation;College of Arts & Sciences

The University of Tennessee Foundation seeks a Senior Advancement Coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. Reporting to the college's Executive Director of Development, the Coordinator is part of a team that seeks and closes major gifts that advance funding priorities for the college and their twenty-one departments and additional programs and centers. The primary focus is to help the College of Arts and Sciences Advancement Office maintain and grow a successful fundraising program by supporting the major gift officers and allowing them to maximize their time visiting with qualified donors. This will include interacting with prospective donors to gauge interest, coordinating meetings and travel schedules with the major gift officers, drafting gift agreements and proposals for review, and receive, review, and process weekly gift reports. The Coordinator will also be responsible for managing monthly gift reports and providing stewardship pieces and other support to other programs within the Advancement office.
